Hey, Evan, thanks for the article! Great content as always! I'm not finding your ebook Paradigm Shift to download it. Could you help this young man here to find it?

L-citrulline malate increases NO levels to a degree, whereas oral L-arginine supplements have much lower bioavailability. However, these supplements increase the form of NO that is primarily responsible for lowering blood pressure and has a less pronounced effect on exercise performance in most cases. The active form of NO (called SNO-Hb) is the one that's responsible for oxygenating tissues and has a meaningful impact on exercise performance. The best method to increase active NO levels is through targeted exercise.
Thanks Evan. Is it necessary to take both to achieve any synergistic effect? Or is just L-citrulline malate sufficient since it has a bioavailability advantage? Great job with the newsletter and ebook!!

Hey Evan. Does supplementation with L-arginine or L-citrulline boost nitric oxide levels to truly enhance physical performance?

You're welcome. L-citruline alone is sufficient since L-it gets converted into L-arginine, which gets converted to NO. Thank you!
