In the endurance training community, there's a lot of discussion about zone 2 training and its benefits. While some tout zone 2 training as a panacea, I believe it's important to maintain a balanced perspective. In truth, I've probably been more critical than most about the overhyping of zone 2 training in the endurance and CrossFit communities, as I discussed with Kyle Ruth from Training Think Tank in the podcast below.
